THE LIGHTING MODULE
The Art of Stage Lighting combines many of the sciences to create three-dimensional images from the sad and the sombre of drama to the glorious and extravagance of the musical. The physics of colour and light, of reflection and refraction, the flow of electrons, the biology of the eye, the geometry of the triangle and digital communication are among the aspects of which some understanding is required. The Lighting Module will explore these various facets while explaining the basics for the art.
